    We will post our latest news here so please subscribe to keep upto date.

     

    Needlework is very popular at the moment.  One of our best selling items are tapestry kits. (known as needlepoint kits in the U.S). 

    This is also my favourite type of needlework because i hate counting stitches because i always go wrong! It's great to do whilst watching the TV in the evening.

     

    Tapestry is normally stitched in tent stitch with wool (like half cross stitch) onto printed coloured canvas so it's easy to follow. We have some fab designs in stock at the moment which once stitched can be made into cushions or wall hangings. 

     

    A very popular design is this stunning pink elephants tapestry kit by 'One Off Needlework' pictured here:

    

     

     

    This design is lovely and also should be quite easy to stitch as you can complete one elephant at a time. It is a complete kit with top quality wools and canvas included.  I tend to make all my finished designs into pictures but as you can see this would make a stunning cushion.
